The things people ask before booking
Do I need to be home during the clean?
No. Most of our regular clients hand over a key or leave the door with a neighbour. We text you when we arrive and when we lock up.
Do you bring your own supplies and equipment?
Always — machines, ladders, cloths and cleaning products. If you prefer we use your products (some clients have favourites), just say so when booking.
How do you price a job?
From photos or a quick visit we give a fixed price before we start. The number we quote is the number you pay — no add-ons on the day unless you ask for extra work.
What if I’m not happy with something?
Tell us within 24 hours and we come back and re-clean that area free. It’s in writing, and we’ve only had to do it a handful of times.
Which areas do you cover?
All of Georgetown plus the East Bank (Diamond, Eccles, Timehri side) and West Coast on request. If you’re unsure, message us your area — we probably cover it.
